Global Community

New Charlotte Church partners with Mission of Hope (MOH) Haiti. Through our partnership with the village of Source Matelas, we are strengthening the church in Haiti, changing the village in tangible and positive ways, proclaiming the Gospel, and transforming the lives of our church members and theirs along the way.

There are several ways that you can become involved:

Child Sponsorships

MOH sponsorship programs are essential for supporting children in the School of Hope educational program and the Village of Hope orphanage. Sponsors personally invest in the lives of these children and provide them with the nutrition and education that they need, as they learn about life transformation and hope for the future through Jesus Christ.

Church Advancement

Our role as partners is to support and encourage the community of Source Matelas as they learn to positively change the village through and with the church. This partnership allows NCC to build lasting relationships, as we assist the community with projects, train new pastors and offer spiritual and financial support.

Short-Term Mission Trips

We are always looking for servant hearts to walk alongside the Haitian community in Source Matelas. During these weeklong trips, we partner with the local community on a variety of work projects, evangelism outreach and children’s ministry.

Trips to Haiti are a powerful way to make an impact and be impacted. These trips serve as a “first step” international experience for many of our members. Individuals are encouraged to apply, but Haiti trips are also excellent for groups. Trip cost is $1800.

A current need is for medically licensed professionals to provide medical relief through mobile clinics.

For information on joining a Haiti trip, contact Guy Ogino, Haiti Mission Coordinator.
